Mr. Gutkin began his trade with a traditional "old world" apprenticeship. Mr.
Gutkin was an assistant golf professional working under two Class "A" P.G.A. golf professionals in
the U.S.A. His apprentice ship led to a self taught education in the art
of wood club making. Mr. Gutkin
apprenticed with master club
maker Irv Schloss of Dunedin, Florida. "I purchased all my club making tools
from Mr. Schloss, and I vividly remember his sense of humor". Mr. Schloss,
who
was in his late eighties at the time, always kidded me about his life time guarantee.
Mr. Gutkin found his new teacher, Richard Zarro, a gifted, guild certified hypnotist and certified instructor. Under Zarro's guidance Mr. Gutkin began studying the unconscious mind and the possibilities for peak states of human excellence. A powerful seed was planted. Gutkin continues to study the endocrine system and the nervous system as it relates to human learning. He is taking in information, and translating it through his private practice, group practice and most currently through public speaking engagements .
